The fun stuff:
Dishslayer roles, responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Maintain clean and organized dish and sink area, restock clean dishes + equipment, take out trash at Dish station
- Clean dishes, tongs, trays, and equipment throughout shift;
- Clean mop sink, area and and cleaning supplies;
- Refill kitchen chemicals as needed
- Circulate dirty/clean bowls and tongs
- Assist Service and Kitchen teams in maintaining a clean work space
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to read and comprehend information at a close range and follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Subject to exposure to cleaning chemicals

Daytime MEAT and PREP cook
DAYTIME MEAT PREP COOK: (FULL TIME)
PAY starts at $15-$20 per hour (hourly pay + tip share)
Trax BBQ is looking for an all-star DAYTIME prep chef to help us prepare all of our delicious items menus from scratch. Learn how to properly cut & smoke meat in addition to other kitchen prep, we pride ourselves on fresh homemade flavor. We just signed on with RUOFF music center as well as food trailer off site events so we need experienced hands to help
PREFERRED AVAILABILITY: Tues-Sat from 8am-4pm
What we're looking for:
- Great technique & strong knife skills
- Kitchen savvy; you know your weights, measurements and volumes
- Attention to detail; you follow all steps and techniques to ensure consistency
- Tidy and clean; maintaining a sanitary, food-safe workstation is important to you
- Team player; willing to work together to prep our kitchens and food
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist
- Must be at least 18 years old
