MEAT Cutter & Smoker Apprentice
MEAT CUTTER: (FULL TIME)
PAY starts at $13-$15 per hour (+ tip share)
Trax BBQ is looking for an independent and motivated person to trim and smoke meat for the BBQ restaurant. Previous kitchen or meat cutting experience preferred but willing to train.
Duties include trimming & smoke meat in addition to other kitchen prep/line cook duties. We pride ourselves on fresh homemade food! Learn or Improve on your trade while joining a great kitchen team and BBQ restaurant.
HOURS: WED-SUN 7am-3pm (daytime/fulltime)
What we're looking for:
- Great technique & strong knife skills
- Kitchen savvy; you know your weights, measurements and volumes
- Attention to detail; you follow all steps and techniques to ensure consistency
- Tidy and clean; maintaining a sanitary, food-safe workstation is important to you
- Team player; willing to work together to prep our kitchens and food
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist
- Must be at least 18 years old

Line Cooks
LINE COOKS: (PART OR FULL TIME)
Pay Starts at $12 (+ tip share)
HOURS/DAYS
Wednesday -Sunday
10 am - 11 pm (day and night shifts available)
