A DISHSLAYER is someone who is willing to learn the intricacies of a kitchen. Someone who has drive, stamina, and a kick a$$ attitude! Someone who takes pride in a sparkling dish knowing that they just SLAYED that insane dish stackSomeone who likes to work smarter and not harder, and knows that the work they do is an INTEGRAL part of operating a restaurant.
It’s gritty and gross but it’s fast-paced REWARDING work that will teach you immeasurable skills - if you are willing to learn and take pride in everything you do

The fun stuff:
Dishslayer roles, responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Maintain clean and organized dish and sink area, restock clean dishes + equipment, take out trash at Dish station
- Clean dishes, tongs, trays, and equipment throughout shift;
- Clean mop sink, area and and cleaning supplies;
- Refill kitchen chemicals as needed
- Circulate dirty/clean bowls and tongs
- Assist Service and Kitchen teams in maintaining a clean work space
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to read and comprehend information at a close range and follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Subject to exposure to cleaning chemicals
